Return Policy

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, you’re welcome to send back the merchandise in its original, unworn state within 14 days from the day of delivery for a refund.

Before Returning

We advise contacting us via email at [email protected] before initiating a return to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.

Exceptions

Custom-made jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are crafted exclusively for you.

For all other jewelry items, we provide a complete refund if the return is made within 14 days from receipt, provided the items are returned in their initial condition. This includes items that are faulty upon arrival or returns made in compliance with distance selling regulations. We’re also happy to offer exchanges for store credit.

Please note, Beyond Silver does not cover the cost of the original shipping for returned items, unless the return is made within the 14-day window from receipt.

Sales, Discounts, and Special Offers

Returning items that cause your order to fall below the threshold for a discount or special offer will result in a refund minus the value of the discount applied.

Online Order Cancellation

To cancel an online order with Beyond Silver, contact us immediately at: [email protected]. Cancellation is subject to whether the order has been dispatched or not. Orders for bespoke or custom-sized jewelry cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

Additionally, rings that are customer-designed and produced by Beyond Silver are not eligible for refunds due to their unique, bespoke nature.
