We will share examples of rings designs and options for textures, ring sizing and gemstones available. You can submit your handmade ring design by taking a clear photo of your drawing and sending it to us. 

If you have any specific requirements, there’s a section to add comments during the submission process.

Our Silversmiths review each design, making suggestions if necessary and confirming your design before we start handcrafting your ring.

The total time from design submission to delivery varies depending on the complexity of the design. Typically, it takes about 2-3 weeks. This includes the initial review, production time by our silversmiths, and shipping. 

Regardless of design, stone options or finishing – the price remains the same! Yes you heard us right.

* We have the right to decline a design if it is too intricate, above our silver weight limit of 10 grams or exceeds our limit of two semi-precious gemstones per ring. (Note an average Silver ring is 3 – 5 grams in weight).

Our silversmiths work with 925 Sterling Silver. We also have a wide variety of semi-precious gemstones, which we can cut to your desired shape!

We offer various customisation options, including various finishes and the incorporation of semi-precious gemstones. Please mention and draw any specific material preferences when you submit your design, including sizing.

Due to the personalised nature of each ring, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, we are committed to satisfaction! If there’s an issue with the craftsmanship or a discrepancy from your approved design, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your ring to discuss a resolution.
